Bonjour! My name’s Gabriel and I’m a London-based commis chef working in French cuisine. Luckily my job isn’t all about slicing and dicing though, don’t don’t get me wrong there’s certainly a lot of that, but amongst the peeling and chopping I’ve also learnt a thing or two. Namely I’ve discovered that food is my life; I spend long days in the kitchen at Galvin La Chapelle and when I knock off I find myself crafting new recipes at home.
